[Kpop Planet News] ENHYPEN To Perform At Japanese Year-End Music Shows

ENHYPEN will be embellishing the conclusion of 2023 by attending two major music shows in Japan!

On December 19, Japanese television station TBS announced that ENHYPEN will be performing the Japanese version of "Bite Me" from their third Japanese single "結 -YOU-" at "Japan Record Awards", which is set to be broadcast live on December 30 at 5:30 PM.

The award organizer has previously revealed the list of winners on November 22, and ENHYPEN was awarded the "Special International Music Award", which made them the recipient with the shortest period of debut (3 years) in history.

First held in 1959, the "Japan Record Awards" is the oldest music awards ceremony in Japan organized by the Japan Composer Association. The ceremony is broadcast on December 30 every year.

Following this, ENHYPEN will be taking the stage at TBS's "CDTV Live! Live! New Year's Special! 2023→2024." The show is one of the most representative year-end music programs in Japan, and the only Japanese music program aired at the moment of the new year. It is the second consecutive year for ENHYPEN to be invited to attend this prestigious show.

Previously on December 13, ENHYPEN has participated in another major Japanese year-end music festival "2023 FNS Song Festival Second Night" broadcast by Fuji TV, where they performed "Sweet Venom", the title track of their latest mini album "ORANGE BLOOD"

"ORANGE BLOOD" has claimed top spot on Billboard Japan and Oricon chart when it was released on November 17, and has been remaining at high rankings since then. The album has even received gold certification from the Japan Record Association earlier this month, testifying ENHYPEN's popularity in Japan.

Congratulations to ENHYPEN for being invited to attend several prestigious music ceremonies in Japan, and let's wish them good show in all these shows!
