[Kpop Planet News] ZEROBASEONE Launched Successful Japanese Debut With “yurayura -unmeinohana-"

ZEROBASEONE demonstrates their explosive popularity in Japan as their debut Japanese single album achieved record-breaking success.

On March 20, ZEROBASEONE made their official debut under a contract with Sony Music Label with their first Japanese single album “Yurayura-unmeinohana”

The album sold 187,694 copies on the day of its release, making the group landed at No. 1 on the Oricon Daily Singles Chart in Japan based on physical album sales. The album also became the best-selling Japanese debut music from a K-pop act.

The title track, which shares the same name of the album, is a spin-off of ZEROBASEONE's debut song "In Bloom". The song expresses the excitement of a new journey. The lyrics encapsulates the magical moment when we faced each other, our time stopped, and the flow of emotions that finally touched each other.

Apart from the title track, the album also includes the Japanese versions of the group's last two Korean title track "In Bloom" and "Crush".

Following the release of the album, ZEROBASEONE held their first fan concerts in Japan "2024 Zerobaseone Fan-Con in Japan", at the K-Arena Yokohama in Yokohama, Japan on March 23 and 24. All 50,000 seats were sold out through pre-sale of the official fan club, which started on January 30.

The second day of the concert was live-streamed at over 20 CGV theaters across Korea, and the tickets were also sold out simultaneously with ticket openings, proving ZEROBASEONE's formidable ticket power.

Meanwhile, ZEROBASEONE will be performing on the second day of KCON Hong Kong, which will be held at Hong Kong Expo Arena. The group's leader Sung Hanbin and one of the Chinese members Zhang Hao will also be the MC at the show.

Congratulations to ZEROBASEONE's successful Japanese debut, and let's wish them good show in KCON Hong Kong.
