BTS Jimin's solo debut album "FACE" has achieved a monumental record 1.8 billion streams on Spotify!

On March 5, "FACE" has surpassed 1.8 billion streams on Spotify on March 5th, just 348 days after its release. This makes it both the first and the fastest Korean solo artist's Korean-language album with just 6 tracks to hit this milestone.

On the following day, one of the tracks from "FACE" titled "Alone" also surpassed 100 million streams on Spotify. Excluding the interlude track, all five songs from Jimin's first solo album have now recorded over 100 million streams each.

With 'Alone' reaching 100 million streams, Jimin has also tied the record for the most tracks with over 100 million streams on a K-pop solo artist's personal Spotify profile with nine tracks in total.

"FACE" has brought a significant sensation even before its official release on March 24 last year. The album's pre-released track "Set Me Free Pt.2" debuted at number 30 on Billboard's "Hot 100". After the release of the full album, the title track "Like Crazy" became the first K-pop solo song to clinch the top position on the chart, showcasing the immense popularity of Jimin globally. 

As of March 10th, "Like Crazy" has maintained the longest No. 1 spot on the Korean Spotify Top Songs chart for a solo song for 166 days. It has also charted in the Spotify Global Top Songs chart for 351 days, including 141 days on the US Top Songs chart as the only Korean song, thereby extending the longest charting record for a K-pop solo artist's song.

"Like Crazy" is also the only K-pop solo song to enter the Spotify Top Songs chart in the eight major music markets worldwide, including Canada and Brazil, where it has set the longest charting record in Brazil for 154 days. As of March 10th, it has surpassed 930 million streams, becoming the fastest Korean solo song to achieve so.

In addition to Spotify, "FACE'" has also made its mark on the Apple Music Global Album Chart for 100 days and has recorded over 278.4 million streams on Melon, South Korea's largest music platform, showcasing its success on various music platforms around the world.
