Global K-pop sensation" Stray Kids is set to release a new mini-album titled '樂-STAR' (Rock Star) on November 10th.
Stray Kids has been making waves in the K-pop industry, achieving three consecutive number-one rankings on the Billboard 200 chart with their albums 'ODDINARY,' 'MAXIDENT,' and '★★★★★ (5-STAR)' in 2022 and 2023. After the release of their third full-length album, they are now gearing up to unveil a new mini-album, '樂-STAR,' after a hiatus of approximately five months, promising fresh and unique music that showcases their distinctive charm.
Furthermore, Stray Kids recently held a sold-out solo concert at the KSPO DOME as part of their 'Stray Kids 2nd World Tour "MANIAC" Seoul Special (UNVEIL 11)' in September 2022. In October 2023, they are set to perform a solo concert at Seoul's iconic Gocheok Sky Dome, solidifying their remarkable growth and status as a leading group of the 4th generation of K-pop.
The Seoul concert is named 'Stray Kids '5-STAR Dome Tour 2023 Seoul Special (UNVEIL 13),' and fans are eagerly awaiting to see what elements Stray Kids will bring to the stage, given their previous teasers and showcases like 'UNVEIL: TRACK' and their debut overseas showcase tour 'UNVEIL TOUR 'I am...''.
Stray Kids has been making significant strides on the global stage. They became the first 4th-generation K-pop boy group to perform at four major domes in Japan, achieving a rapid sellout with over 2.5 million applications during the pre-sale period. They successfully completed their dome tour with concerts at Fukuoka PayPay Dome, Vantelin Dome Nagoya, and Kyocera Dome Osaka, with a grand finale scheduled at the Tokyo Dome on October 28th and 29th.
Additionally, Stray Kids headlined the first-ever 'Lollapalooza Paris' K-pop stage in July, captivating over 60,000 fans and illuminating the night sky of Paris, France. In September, they made their debut appearance at the '2023 MTV Video Music Awards' in New Jersey, USA, where they won the 'Best K-pop' category with their latest title track '특 (Tik)' from '★★★★★ (5-STAR).' They continued their momentum as the producing team 3RACHA, composed of Bang Chan, Changbin, and Han, made their debut at the '2023 Global Citizen Festival' in New York's Central Park, delivering an electrifying performance that enthralled the local audience.
