K-pop leading girl group aespa is generating buzz with the anticipated release of their upcoming single “Dirty Work”, marking a significant swift return just three months after their last project.

aespa’s Recent Endeavors

In May of 2024, they released their first full album, “Armageddon” featuring their hit single “Supernova”. The album’s success propelled the group into their world tour “SYNK: PARALLEL LINE” commenced in January, 2025 and spanned across North America, Asia and Europe. The tour included performances in notable venues such as Newark’s Prudential Center and the tour concluded with encore shows at the KSPO DOME in Seoul.
Their global appeal was further solidified when they received the “Group of the Year” award at the 2025 Billboard Women in Music event, recognizing their groundbreaking achievements and international recognition.

Karina: She has been active individually with featuring single projects, special DJ on MBC FM4U’s “Brunch Café” and also was cast in the Mnet series “MY ARTi FILM”

Ningning: She has made significant strides in the fashion and beauty world. In 2024, Versace chose her their new global brand ambassador, leading campaign for their holiday collection. Also, Maybelline New York gave her the lead as a brand ambassador for North and Southeast Asia.

Giselle: She has also been active in the fashion world with many activities and shows as she is the global ambassador of LOEWE this opening her individual photo shoots with EYESMAG and Marieclaire Korea. She also showcased her talent for composition on during their tour with her solo “Dopamine”

Winter: She has been doing a lot of modeling as well, and showing her versatility not only behind the camera but also on stage with her solo track “Spark” being one of the most listened from their world tour streaming song collection. 

Upcoming Appearances

aespa is set to perform at Japan’s “Summer Sonic 2025” festival in Tokyo on August 16^th and 17^th, sharing stage with artists like Fall Out Boys and Camila Cabello.

They are also appeared at the “Asia Star Entertainer Awards 2025” in Yokohama on May 28^th and 29^th, alongside with other artists.
