&TEAM Takes a Commanding Lead in Japan with New Mini Album ‘Mark on Me'
&TEAM is making a powerful impact on Japan’s music market with the release of their latest mini album, Mark on Me.
According to Billboard JAPAN’s early album sales report, Mark on Me recorded an impressive 619,943 physical copies sold between September 21 and September 23, 2026. The figure puts the group well ahead of the other releases included in the midweek sales update and highlights the strong response surrounding their latest comeback.
Released on September 21, Mark on Me is &TEAM’s second mini album and features six tracks: “Mark on Me,” “Good Boy,” “Love Jang,” “Accelerate,” “Empty,” and “Night to howl!”
The project also brings together an interesting lineup of international music creators. The title track “Mark on Me” includes contributions from Griff Clawson, who has previously worked with artists including ROSÉ and NCT, as well as singer-songwriter Benson Boone. “Good Boy,” meanwhile, features contributions from producer Johnny Goldstein, “hitman” bang, and the creative team CORTIS.
The early sales numbers give &TEAM a substantial advantage in the current album race. Billboard JAPAN reported that M!LK’s LOVE ENG!NE ranked second in the same preliminary period with 18,909 copies, followed by FANTASTICS from EXILE TRIBE’s BACK TO THE MEMORIES The Best with 14,511 copies. WILD BLUE’s CURVE and TM NETWORK’s QUANTUM completed the top five.
For &TEAM, the strong opening performance of Mark on Me demonstrates the group’s growing presence in Japan’s physical music market. With more than 600,000 copies already counted during the initial tracking period, attention will now turn to the final weekly sales results and the album’s broader chart performance.
