Today June 13^th, 2025(KST), BTS and their global fanbase, ARMY, celebrates the group’s 12^th anniversary with the highly anticipated BTS FESTA 2025.
This year’s celebration was particularly significant, marking the near-complete reunion of all seven members following their mandatory military service.

A Significant Celebration: BTS FESTA 2025

Held for two days at KINTEX Exhibition Center II in Goyang, South Korea, BTS FESTA 2025 offers a rich array of interactive experiences for fans.

The event featured themed zones such as the ARMY Bomb Photo Spot, Voice Zone with heartfelt messages from the members, Trophy Zone showcasing the group’s accolades, and DIY areas for fans to create personalized memorabilia. An hourly ARMY Bomb light show added to the festive atmosphere, while the “Twelve O’clock” theme, inspired by BTS’s song “00:00” (Zero O’clock), symbolized new beginnings and the group’s enduring bond with ARMY.

The Return of BTS: Full Reunion

The 12^th anniversary coincided with the return of several members from military service. RM and V were discharged on June 10^th while Jimin and JungkooK on June 11^th, Jin and K-hope had completed their military service earlier in 2024. SUGA is the only member left on duty, he is serving as a public service worker due to a prior injury and is scheduled to complete his service by June 21^st .

Goyang has been chosen as the spot for ARMY since J-hope is also holding his finale concert this June 13^th and 14^th at the Goyang Sports Complex. Fans are speculating that the members might assist at the concert and some fans even said that Jungkook’s voice was heard during J-hope’s rehearsal.

The leader RM left a handwritten letter to his fans, reflecting the group’s journey and expressing gratitude for ARMY’s unwavering support. He likened the 12-year celebration to watching a nephew grow, emphasizing the deep connection between BTS and their fans.

SUGA who is still at the military and leaves almost no register of his daily activities, decided to share a heartfelt voice message at the FESTA expressing excited he is to reunite with the members and see his fans.

Adding to their celebrations, J-hope’s release of his new single is also on June 13^th, “Killin’ It Girl” is a track that characterizes by hip-hop infused pop and showcases J-hope ‘s dynamic as an artist and his versatility.
