BOYNEXTDOOR confirmed their comeback with a new album, this will be their fifth EP album and it will be called “The Action”, dropping on October 20, 2025.

This album offers a playground for storytelling across visual, behind the scenes content and music videos. In the trailer the members are wearing hoodies labeled with the name of the album, “The Action”.

 
Same as past albums the members were one hundred percent involved in the production and songwriting of the album which suggests we are going to see a personal print of the members themselves.

BOYNEXTDOOR it is also having a showcase on the release day of their album, allowing fans to have a previous of their performances and celebrate together the new album.

After that they will have promotions on music shows and some video content as part of their promotions for “The Action”. In their previous project “The Genre” they held online and offline event for domestic and international fans; it is most likely they will do the same this time in order to expands their horizons as artists.

Their promotional schedules sum up, trailers, concept photos, track list reveal, music video teasers, behind the scenes content, making of the content, promotional track such as medley or promotional highlights and challenges.

As for offline events, they are expected to hold not only the showcase but offline fan signs, pop-up events, and maybe a new tour.
