BTS Jin Is Having His Solo Comeback And First Solo World Tour
BTS Jin has made a triumphant return to the music scene with his second solo album, new variety show and an upcoming world tour marking a milestone in his solo career.
Jin announced his comeback on April 16th, this will be his second album as a solo artist, following "Happy" which was released last year.
The new album is called "Echo" he expects it will showcase more of his artistry, exploring different sounds and versatile vocals that demonstrate his vocal maturity with a touch of personal storytelling. Jin hopes to present a different perspective of the world with warm and sincere emotions.
Jin has been exploring various musical areas as he released a new version of the track “Falling” from his album "Happy"
The track features Taka, the singer of the famous Japanese rock band ONE OK ROCK.
Jin has been active not only as a singer but also as a guest on several shows, such as the new variety show from Netflix “Kian’s Bizarre B&B” where he showcases his personality and his YouTube show “Run Seok Jin” this series offers fans an intimate look into his daily life and creative process , by strengthening his connection with the audience.
On April 18th BigHit official channels announced that he is not just releasing a new album but he is also embarking on his first ever solo tour. The tour is called “#RUNSEOKJIN_EP. TOUR”, and it will start in Korea at the Goyang Auxiliary Stadium on June 28th, followed by Japan, United States, UK and The Netherlands, concluding on August 10th, 2025.
This will be his first solo concert and tour, where he is going to perform all his solo tracks, including the ones from "Happy” and his new release “Echo”, and possibly some BTS songs as covers.
Ticketing details for the Goyang shows have been announced, with pre-sales for BTS global fan club members beginning on April 28, and general sales commencing on 29th, the information for other tour stops will be released subsequently.
Fans are eagerly anticipating these upcoming activities, as Jin is the last member to release a full solo project.
This will undoubtedly make it less difficult for ARMYs (Official fandom name) to wait for the other members who are currently in military service, leaving BTS on a break since 2022.
However, this year is surely a year of happiness as, they will likely begin group activities as well by the end of the year.
