ATEEZ and LE SSERAFIM were killing it at Coachella!

On April 12 (local time), ATEEZ held their first performance at Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival 2024 (Coachella 2024), the annual largest music festival in the United States at the Empire Polo Grounds in Indio, California, making them the first K-pop boy group to perform at the show. 

ATEEZ performed a medley of their global hits starting from "Say My Name", "HALA HALA", "Guerrillla (Flag Ver.)", "Crazy Form", "BOUNCY (K-HOT CHILLI PEPPERS)" and more, filling the concert venue with excitement.

ATEEZ not only captured the audiences with their explosive energy, the group also demonstrated the beauty of Korean culture by incorporating various Korean elements throughout the performance such as gigantic flag decorated with the four guardian deities (the blue dragon, white tiger, red phoenix and black tortoise with serpent), LED background images of mother-of-pearl inlay, which is a decorative technique in use since the Three Kingdoms period.

The group also incorporated the traditional Korean circle dance play "ganggangsulae" in the choreography in "The Real". In addition, the Bongsan Mask Dance Drama Preservation Society was invited to perform on stage with the group.

On the following day, LE SSERAFIM took the stage as the second K-pop girl group to perform at Coachella following BLACKPINK. The group performed a total of 10 songs for about 40 minutes including "ANTIFRAGILE", "FEARLESS", "The Great Mermaid" and more.

When the group performed "UNFORGIVEN (feat. Nile Rodgers)", Nile Rodgers, who played the guitar for the song, made a special guest appearance in the show to perform with LE SSERAFIM, drawing loud cheers from the crowd.

The group then continued to perform some of their latest hits such as "Smart" and "EASY", and the audiences responded with louder singing and cheers, taking the show to the peak. LE SSERAFIM finally ended the performance with "Fire in the Belly," pouring out explosive energy until the end.
