Another good news for CARAT, SEVENTEEN has broken their personal album pre-order sales record!

On October 12, album distributor YG PLUS announced that SEVENTEEN's upcoming 11th mini album "SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN" has recorded 4,673,069 copies of pre-order sales. This surpassed the group's previous personal record of 4.64 million set by their last album "FML" released in April this year.

SEVENTEEN is going to return with "SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN" October 23 at 6PM KST. According to Pledis Entertainment, the album title plays on the English phrase "Seventh Heaven", which refers to the state of pure joy and happiness. This resonates with the three cover designs of the album's photobook version, which each cover shows a festival venue at different time of a day. 

SEVENTEEN has dropped three sets of concept photos with different styles, drawing attention and excitement among CARAT all over the world. The group will reveal more details for the comeback including track list, highlight medley, and teaser videos in the coming days. SEVENTEEN will also be releasing two special episodes of their signature variety show "Going Seventeen" on October 18 and 25 in support of their comeback.

Apart from releasing various contents online, the group previously held their offline pop-up event SEVENTEEN STREET for the second time in Seongsu Yeonbang from October 4 to 9. The event featured collaboration with cafes and restaurants at the lifestyle complex as well as various interactive activities, attracting more than 100,000 visitors.

Meanwhile, SEVENTEEN has sold over 10 million physical copies of its albums this year so far. This number is mostly contributed by "FML", which has sold over 6.2 million copies and set a new record for K-pop album sales. It was then followed by their latest full-length album "Face The Sun" with 950,000 copies sold, and the group's subunit BSS's second mini album "Second Wind", which was released in February this year.
