[Kpop Planet News] ENHYPEN Releases Audio Drama Album Of "Dark Moon: Altar of the Moon"

ENHYPEN's webtoon and web novel "Dark Moon: Altar of the Moon" is released as an audio drama album.

On February 1, Genie Music announced the release of an audio drama album for "Dark Moon: Altar of the Moon". The album features a total of 14 tracks, with a runtime of 210 minutes. It is made available through a paid download method on Audien and Audioclip instead of popular music streaming platforms in Korea like Genie and Melon.

 

 

"Dark Moon: Altar of the Moon" is an intellectual property (IP) of ENHYPEN based on HYBE's original webtoon and web novel of the same name. The story revolves around seven boys who, upon encountering a mysterious transfer student named Suha, gradually become captivated by an inexplicable attraction.

The webtoon and web novel, first released in January 2022, have garnered 180 million views as of December 2023 and are currently serviced in 10 languages worldwide, proving the immense popular of the story and ENHYPEN. 

Kim Jung-wook, the head of Genie Music's AI Music Division, expressed anticipation that the audio drama would become a new example showcasing how audio dramas, along with webtoons and web novels, lead the way in the realm of Korean content.

Meanwhile, ENHYPEN has sold out all dates of the encore concerts of their world tour "ENHYPEN WORLD TOUR ‘FATE PLUS’ IN SEOUL", which will be held at KSPO DOME in Seoul on February 24 and 25.

 

 

Notably, the fan club lottery and pre-sale registration for the two-day encore performances were nearly double the numbers for the previous 'FATE' Seoul concert, demonstrating the power of ENHYPEN's continuously expanding fandom. 

Prior to the Seoul concert, ENHYPEN will wrap up their "FATE" tour with a grand finale tomorrow (February 3) at New Clark City Stadium in New Clark City, Philippines.
