Incoterms Trade Condition is EXW(EX-WORK)
This is the price of the condition to be taken over from our warehouse in Seoul, Korea. - We dispatch your shipment by cash on delivery on international courier. If you want to pay for the shipping cost together with the product cost, we will include the safest and cheapest shipping cost in your invoice.
Payment can be made by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), Paypal, or Payoneer. However, all fees for payment are to be borne by you.
We usually prepare to dispatch your order within 3-5 business days and deliver the products to your delivery location within 2-4 business days.
Dispatch preparation time may take longer depending on the number of items, high demand, stock status, manufacturer circumstances, and etc.
Delivery times vary depending on the delivery location. It may take up to 10 business days due to the location and traffic conditions in the country (e.g. heavy rain and heavy snow, etc.)
We support various delivery methods including FedEx, DHL UPS, and more. You can let us know what carrier company you would like us to use by email or messenger.
We can deliver your shipment to all country by air except India, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, China. However, we can ship by detour or sea to these countries, please contact us by email or messenger for more information.
Invoice does not include import duties and taxes. Import duties and taxes must be paid by you at the time of import clearance. Please check the customs law on import duties and taxes of your country before placing the order. You are responsible for all shipping issues including return or packaging disposal in your country.
If you have received the wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 7 business days upon receiving the item.
