On August 2, Kwon Eunbi made a comeback with her 1st single album "The Flash". Eunbi was the leader of the project girl group I*ZONE formed through the Mnet audition program "Produce 48". After the group disbanded in April 2021, she kicked off her career as a solo artist with the mini album "Open". She had then released two more mini albums, which demonstrated her wide music spectrum. 

The new single album contains three tracks that belong to different genres. The title song "The Flash" is a glamorous yet refreshing dance pop with intensive beat. Eunbi revealed that this track is especially made for summer and hoped this song can cool down the summer heat wave. Eunbi also performed one of the b-side tracks "Beautiful Night" at the comeback showcase, which is a pop-rock track that she participated in writing the lyrics. While the other b-side song "Comet" is an upbeat and cheerful party song. During the press conference, Eunbi declared that she is confident in pulling off different music genres and concepts to show her talent as an all-rounded artist. 

Eunbi has currently be crowned as the "summer queen" after performing in this year's Waterbomb Festival in Seoul and Japan. She expressed her gratitude to fans who granted her this title, saying that she is thankful for people who think of her when thinking about summer, and suggested "Summer Eunbi" could be a nice alternative title for her. 

When talking about the music video shooting, Eunbi revealed she put a lot of effort into her acting during the filming process. She also added that she is open to trying out acting in the future, and hope to learn, grow, and perform continuously as a solo artist.
