[Kpop Planet News] SEVENTEEN Wraps Up "Follow To Japan" In Nagoya With 135,000 Fans

SEVENTEEN continues to demonstrate their undeniable popularity in Japan as they continue with their "Follow To Japan" dome tour.

On November 30 and December 2-3, SEVENTEEN held a three-day concert in Vantelin Dome Nagoya, gathering more than 135,000 CARAT to enjoy the show as "Team SVT".

Before the concert started, the nearby subway station and area outside the venue were already filled with CARAT. Many of them had prepared customized cheering slogans and CARAT Bong (SEVENTEEN's official lightstick).

The concert began with the prelude of "Super" and Woozi suspended in the air, followed by some of the group's global hits including "Don Quixote" and "F*ck My Life".

Apart from Korean songs, SEVENTEEN also performed several Japanese tracks such as their new Japanese song "Ima - Even if the world ends tomorrow-" and the Japanese versions of "Home;Run" and "Good To Me".

During the concert, SEVENTEEN interacted closely with fans and approached them by riding mobile carts. The concert ended with the encore stage "Not Over Until The End", where CARAT sang together with the members.

SEVENTEEN also took the time to express their gratitude to CARAT in response to their love and support, saying that they are so grateful to receive so much love though the dome tour.

They also mentioned that the fact that they won the Grand Prize in MAMA last month serves as a reminder for them to keep going. The members also used this experience to encourage CARAT not to give up on their dreams, and promised that they will continue to release good music.

For CARAT who cannot attend the concert in person, the second day of the concert was partially live streamed on NTV's "Best Artist 2023" a large-scale Japanese music broadcast on the Nippon TV network. SEVENTEEN's appearance on this live broadcast is another evidence of the group's huge presence in Japan.

In conjunction with the Japanese dome tour, SEVENTEEN is also holding another "The City" project across five regions where the tour is held. This event is the largest-scale 'The City' project to date.

In Nagoya, the event featured collaborations with observation wheels, towers, subways, photo exhibitions, and restaurant, where these areas were adorned with SEVENTEEN's portraits and special illuminations, attracting CARAT to gather around and appreciate the decorations.

Following the Nagoya stop, SEVENTEEN will continue with their tour, starting with a three-day concert on December 7, 9-10 at Kyocera Dome Osaka, then on December 16 and 17 at Fukuoka PayPay Dome on December 16 and 17. After concluding their Japanese leg, SEVENTEEN will be performing in various Asian cities in the following months including Bangkok, Bulacan, and Macao.
