China-based NCT sub-unit WayV is making a long-awaited comeback next month!

On October 16, SM Entertainment announced that WayV will release its second full-length album "On My Youth" on November 8. The album consists of 10 tracks with different genres including the title song "On My Youth", showcasing the diverse charms of the group. The album will be made available on various streaming platforms on November 1 6PM KST, a week before its physical release.

This is going to be the group's first comeback in 11 months after the release of their 4th mini album "Phantom" in December last year. The album not only set a new record for the group's first day and first week album sales, but also topped the Chinese QQ Music chart and the Worldwide iTunes Albums chart in 24 regions globally, proving the group's immense popularity worldwide. 

The upcoming album will also be WayV's first studio album in more than 3 years following "Awaken The World", which was released in June 2020. 

During KCON LA in August, Ten already revealed in an interview with Billboard that the group was preparing for a new full-length album to be released this year. He also said that the concept and sounds of the new album are very different from their last one, and he believed fans will love the album.

WayV has been demonstrating powerful performances in their previous hits such as "Phantom", "Kick Back", and "Turn Back Time". Therefore, Ten's thoughts on the new album draw anticipation among fans on what kind of new concept and music will the group be working on. 

Earlier this year, WayV held its first meet and greet tour "2023 WayV Fanmeeting Tour", where the group held 14 shows across 10 cities in Asia and Europe. The huge success of the tour further demonstrated the global power of WayV and made fans even more excited for the group's comeback.
