The EXO's main vocalist first made his solo debut in July 2021 with the first EP "Empathy." The album was a huge success that it topped the iTunes top album chart in 60 countries.

Throughout his decade-long entertainment career, D.O. has transformed from a boy group member to an all-rounded artist active in both singing and acting. Back in July, he joined his fellow EXO members for promoting the group's seventh full-length album "Exist," which recorded over a million copies of sales on the first day, marking the group's successful return in four years.

In terms of acting, D.O. has starred in various TV dramas and movies including "100 Days My Prince" and "Along with the Gods: The Two Worlds, Swing Kids." In 2021, he was selected as one of the 200 Korean actors that best represent the present and future of Korea's movie scene by the Korean Film Council.

Last year, D.O. was even awarded his first male actor excellent award at the KBS Drama Awards with "Bad Prosecutor," making him one of the most aspiring actors widely recognized by the Korean film industry.

Last month, D.O. returned to the big screen with a local space survival drama film "The Moon."
