[Kpop Planet News] Stray Kids To Make November Comeback
Good news for STAY again! Stray Kids will make a comeback in November!
On September 19, a Korean outlet reported that Stray Kids will be dropping a new album in November. In response to this, JYP Entertainment made an official statement, confirming that the group is currently preparing for their new album. The schedule and details of the album will be announced later.
This will be Stray Kid's first comeback this year following the release of their full-length album "5-STAR" in June. The album was a huge success that it not only debuted at No.1 on Billboard's Top 200 Albums chart on the day of release, it is also currently the the best-selling K-pop album of 2023 in the US, and the group's first album to chart for 14 weeks on the Billboard 200.
In addition, the title song of the album "S-Class" has even fetched the Best K-Pop Video at the MTV Video Music Awards last week in New Jersey. Stray Kids also put on a live performance of the track at the ceremony.
The members have been busy promoting the album in the past months. They held their third fan meeting "Stray Kids 3RD FANMEETING PILOT: FOR ★★★★★'' on July 1 and 2 in Seoul, then headlined the Lollapalooza music festival in Paris on July 21. The boys are currently on their "5-STAR Dome Tour", which they are holding eight concerts in four Japanese domes.
While STAYs are excited about Stray Kids's comeback, many have also shown concerns over the back-to-back schedule of the members on X, saying that they hope Stray Kids can get enough rest before working on a new album, and the health of the members should always come first.
