MY, hold your breath as aespa is going to return as drama queens!

On October 30, aespa dropped a mood sampler titled 'Drama' The Scene for their upcoming 4th mini album "Drama". Same as the intro video they previously dropped, the 1-minute long mood sampler shows the members wandering around a shabby neighborhood. 

The members narrate the video in both English and Korean, saying mysterious words like "we will suddenly appear as giants" and "the ending will show a new scene". The video finally ends with the sentence "I'm the drama" with the logo of the new album. 

The mood sampler excited MY across the world. Many commented that they loved Giselle's narration and that all members look gorgeous in the video, saying that they couldn't wait for the girls' comeback.

According to SM Entertainment, "Drama" consists of six tracks in total with different genres including the title track also named "Drama", which fully showcases the group's matured vocals and unique musical colors. The album will be released on November 10 2PM KST.

Last week, aespa has released a set of concept photo, in which the members are portrayed as giants conquering the city. Many MY were surprised by the interesting concept and captivating visuals of the members. The "giant" concept also resonates with the narration in the mood sampler, making fans even more curious about the new album. 

The upcoming album will be aespa's first comeback in six months following the release of their previous mini album "My World" in May. The album had set a new record for the highest-selling K-pop girl group album on the first day and first week of release by recording over 1.37 million and 1.69 million copies of first day and first week sales respectively.

Meanwhile, October 30 is also aespa's multilingual rapper Giselle's birthday. Many MY congratulated Giselle's birthday on social media, wishing her good health and happiness. To show her gratitude towards MY, Giselle posted a few selfies on aespa's X page, saying thank you to all the birthday wishes and that she felt so special to celebrate her birthday with MY for the 3rd time. She also invited MY to have cake together today, and stated that she hoped to meet MY as soon as possible.
