NewJeans has achieved a remarkable feat on Billboard charts as their latest album "Get Up" as it has entered Billboard 200 for 18th consecutive weeks, proving the global popularity of NewJeans and the album.

Billboard announced its latest chart rankings on November 28 US Time, and New Jeans "Get Up" rose 35 places to No.17 compared to last week on the Billboard 200 main album chart.

This marks the album's 18th consecutive week on the chart since debuting atop on August 5. The album has also set a new record for the longest charting period for a 4th generation K-pop girl group.

In addition, "Get Up" has previously secured the 134th position on Billboard's 2023 Year-End Charts for Billboard 200 Albums, achieving the highest ranking among K-pop female artist albums in this category this year.

The title track of the album "Super Shy" continues to showcase enduring popularity. The song stands at No. 66 on the Global (excluding the U.S.) chart and No. 111 on the Global 200 chart this week. The song is now on its 20 consecutive weeks on both charts.

Furthermore, NewJeans' rendition of "GODS," the theme song for the 2023 League of Legends (LoL) World Championship, re-entered the Billboard charts this week, ranking 60th on the Global (excluding the U.S.) chart and 119th on the Global 200 chart respectively.

New Jeans also delivered an electrifying live performance of the song at the League of Legends World Finals Opening Ceremony on November 19 at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul. The members danced to powerful choreography alongside sophisticated AR animation effects.

In recognition of NewJeans' meteoric rise in the global music scene, the group was also awarded the Top Global K-pop Artist award at the 2023 Billboard Music Awards (2023 BBMAs) held on November 20. They also performed "Super Shy" and "OMG", another global hit from their 1st single album "OMG" at the ceremony.
