Payment
  • We accept Paypal, Credit Cards, Union Pay, AliPay, WeChat Pay etc. You can read more about payment at “Payment” page.

  • All your payment information is safely encrypted and processed through PayPal and eXimBay, the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. The only information we store is your name, email, and address for shipping purposes. 

  • This is a common question for customers who have changed the store currency (US Dollars) to their currency. When you enter the checkout page, the prices will be converted back to US Dollar.
    Please rest assure that the price is the same regardless of the currency.

Shipping
  • Your parcel will be dispatched within 3~5 business days after you place your order.
    Delivery times are as follows each region (for reference only):

    • North America: 5~20 business days
    • UK, Europe, Australia: 5~30 business days
    • Asia: 5~15 business days
    • Mexico: 14~20 business days
    • Other Countries: +30 business days
  • Yes, once your order has been shipped, we will send you an order confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the tracking page.

  • Shipping time varies based on a number of things including logistics, weather, customs etc. Please contact us at spf@3kh.co.kr if your order hasn't arrived within 15 days so we can figure out what's happening. If it's been less than 10 days, your package may be still in transit, so please give it a little more time for it to arrive at your delivery address.

Returns/Exchanges
  • All products sold on our shopping mall include a 7-day money back guarantee. You can read more about our return policy on “Refund Policy” page.

  • Yes, they follow the same rules as our returns.

Other
  • You must request cancellation immediately after receiving the order confirmation email. Please understand that order cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed.

  • We sometimes process refunds automatically due to delivery delays, out of stock, or other issues with shipping and delivery. We will refund you in the way you originally paid for the order. Unfortunately, we can’t refund to another account or through a different payment method.

  • After you receive the order confirmation email, if you notice that the shipping address, item, version, etc. are wrong, please contact us at spf@3kh.co.kr immediately and we will help you resolve the issue. If the order has already been processed, we may not be able to make changes as you requested.
