In order for us to verify product defects or missing components, you must shoot a video from opening the carton box to checking all the contents.
If you don't provide us with an unboxing video, it is difficult for us to check, so it is impossible to proceed with exchange, return or refund.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you can request return of products within 7 days after receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition when you received it. It should be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You also need to present the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request for a return of product, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can address the issue as soon as possible.
You can make a request to return the item you received, and once the request is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your product return request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please take note that it could take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
